The Chase Group, Inc. firmly believes in the established protocol of successful executive search.
Most searches begin with an intensive visit to your facility by a consultant, who is
responsible for the development of a qualified candidate profile and a careful analysis of
the organization's structure, philosophy, personalities of management and staff and
characteristics of the work environment. Upon the consultant's return, the following procedures
are initiated:
Step 1: Briefing of the Firm
Each member of our team is thoroughly oriented to the search project and the goals and
objectives set forth by your company's hiring managers.
Step 2: Implementing the Search
A broad search then begins with an immediate review of our existing data base. We identify
those individuals who might eventually be candidates or someone currently in a similar
position who could refer us to a potential candidate. Our network of experts in the
pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries extends internationally. One referral leads
to another and another. Hundreds of telephone hours are often required to identify a
single qualified and interested candidate!
Step 3: In-Depth Interviewing and Reference Investigation
Each potential candidate is interviewed by our senior partner several times to insure
the required knowledge, skills, experience and traits that match the client's stated
profile. In addition, references, job history and educational credentials are thoroughly
checked.
Step 4: Presentation of all Qualified Candidates
All qualified candidates are presented to the client's hiring official along with all
support documents gathered by the senior partner. At that point the hiring official
prioritizes the candidates in order of the company's interest.
Step 5: Telephone and On-Site Interviews
Our staff coordinates specific times, dates, places and interview schedules for telephone
and on-site interviews. The senior partner conducts pre-and post-interview briefings with
candidates and hiring officials and gives feedback to all parties following each interview.
Step 6: Offer Presentation, Negotiation, Acceptance and Follow-up
The Chase Group is proud of its skills in presenting offers, negotiating acceptance and
follow-up support to the candidate during the stressful period of resignation, relocation
and orientation to the new position, company and community. We feel this part of our
service is not only key to our high success ratios, but also to the development of a
long-lasting working relationship.
